Wuxi Xindazhong Steel Sheet Co., Ltd, established in 1989, is a sino-foreign joint venture invested by Special Steel Company and Tin-Making Company of Korea. With a registered capital of USD9, 100,000 and fixed assets of USD43, 156, 600, we are a large-scale company in Wuxi.

Specifically, the main products include tinplates coil and sheet, hot dip galvanized steel coils, electro galvanized coil and pre-painted steel coil. Our company has successively been awarded as the scientific and technical renovation company in Wuxi, top ten Benefit Company, and Famous Company of Jiangsu in 2005. Currently, we have 750 highly skilled employees, including more than 90 scientific and technical staff.

Moreover, the sales value has reached USD22,190, with a pre-tax profit of more than USD24,660 per capital, and increasing rate of 19.4%. Total pre-tax profit is USD1,850,000, with increasing rate of 43.32%. Total profit of more than USD1,233,000, with increasing rate of 47.65%; tax submitted is USD4,685,000, with increasing rate of 31.62%. We plan to invest USD19,728,000 in technical renovation, purchasing 2 sets of 1,200 rolling mill with an annual output of 100,000 metric tons annually; a set of 1,050 rolling mill with an annual output of 60,000 metric tons; 2 acid washed production lines with an output of 200,000 metric tons annually; one plating plate production line with an annual output of 100,000 metric tons, a set of 1,200 levelling machine, degreasing machine and leveller, 6 sets of bell cover annealer.

At present, the equipment have all been launched for production, generating a return rate of 80%. The newly-increased color painting production line and continuous anneal production line are expected to be used for production in April 2006. They have laid a firm basis for the production in 2006.
